My recent stay at Maya's Kings Kourt was a mixed experience. The spacious rooms with a balcony and great views were a highlight, while the fresh coat of paint added a shiny touch to the old property. The staff, particularly Ms. Teju, Chaitra, and Bhavani, provided excellent service, making our stay pleasant. Their KUDLA restaurant offered mouth-watering dishes worth trying.However, the AC was not working, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. The delayed room service, like waiting 50 minutes for ice cream at 11 pm, was a letdown. The fake smiles and sometimes annoying service efforts were noticeable.Maya's Kings Kourt offers a blend of luxury and traditional hospitality. The location is convenient, and amenities like free WiFi and a fitness center add value. For those who enjoy exploring Mysore's beauty, this hotel can be a good choice, but improvements in responsiveness to guest needs would enhance the experience further.
